Like our breads ALL of our pastry is made from scratch by Doriana, (also known as the baker's wife). We use nothing less than high fat butter and all the best ingredients available including (seasonally) local fruit/ produce and our own chicken's eggs. Some standard pastry offerings include fresh baked Croissant (Plain, Chocolate, and Almond) as well as Savory Breakfast Croissants filled with scrambled eggs, smoked ham, and asiago cheese, or Veggie Breakfast Croissants with roasted spinach and asiago cheese, as well as Veggie Quiche filled with savory seasonal veggies and Cheeses.

We also offer a daily variety of Muffins such as Italian Espresso Plum Brandy, Whole Wheat Oat Bran Raisin, fresh milled Corn, and Lemon Blueberry/Strawberry. Also a variety of cookies such as Oatmeal Raisin, Chocolate Chunk, Coconut Macaroons, Almond Amaretti Macaroons, Double Chocolate+Nut Biscotti, etc... as well as fresh fruit Scones, Pecan Sticky Buns, Puff Pastry, Butter Brioche, Tarts, Pies, Cakes, and more....

Also offered are our Organic, Free-range, hard boiled eggs ( from our own chickens) -great for breakfast, lunch, and with salads.
